چکیده مقاله:

Considering bad effects of applying chemical drugs and disinfectants which leads to drug resistance in body of aquatic organisms, it is necessary to be replaced with herbal medicine plants that have natural origin. This is one of the most important priorities in aquatic health and disease arena. Zataria multiflora is one of the most famous herbal medicine plants in Iran traditional medicine and its disinfectant effects approved through different studies. Regarding the commercial importance of sturgeons, this study conducted to investigate on the effects of hydroalcoholic extract of Zataria multiflora and silver nanoparticles on some tissues of stellate sturgeon (Acipenser stellatus). In order to do this study, ۲۷۰ stellate sturgeons with an average weight of ۱۵±۲ g transferred to tanks with ۵۰۰L volume. An experiment was organized in which six different treatments included: diet with hydroalcoholic extract of Zataria multiflora (۱۰۰ mg/kg), short baths treatment (۶۰ minutes) with hydroalcoholic extract of Zataria multiflora (۱۰۰۰ ppm) and four short baths treatments (۶۰ minutes) with diffrent colloidal silver nanoparticles (۰.۴, ۰.۶, ۰.۸ and ۱ ppm) were investigated. stellate sturgeon juveniles in the studied groups were treated for ۱۰ days. At the end of this period, liver, kidney and gill tissues were sampled. Examination slides prepared from gill, liver and kidney sampled from stellate sturgeon treated with different amount of hydroalcoholic extract of Zataria multiflora and colloidal silver nanoparticles, the presence of adhesion in gill fibers, cell necrosis, the presence of melanin pigments in primary fibers in the gills, and the presence showed complications such as cloudy swelling in hepatocytes, cell necrosis, hyperemia and increased melanin pigments in the liver, as well as changes such as hyperemia, dilatation of glomerular space, Bowman's obstruction, cell necrosis, cloud swelling, and hypertrophy in the kidney.
