In this research, we will design and introduce a floating intelligent management and control system, in which, using reliable and available equipment, all floating information is collected and processed according to the operational task of the floating and the user's needs. This system is capable of detecting its own errors by having an automatic troubleshooting system, and in this sense, it has high reliability.
