In order to manage and intelligently control marine vessels, it is necessary for a centralized and comprehensive system to have all the important and effective information of the vessel in order to use them to try to play an efficient role in guiding the vessel. The need to increase the safety factor of vessels in the face of possible dangers has increased the need for such an intelligent system. In this research, we will design and introduce a floating intelligent management and control system, in which, using reliable and available equipment, all floating information is collected and processed according to the operational task of the floating and the user's needs. Takes. This system can be used in floating energy management, floating control and monitoring, risk prediction and integrated floating management. This system is capable of detecting its own errors by having an automatic troubleshooting system, and in this sense, it has high reliability. The possibility of developing and expanding its functions in terms of hardware and software is another prominent feature of this system. The system designed as an example for a marine vessel has been redesigned and implemented according to the user's needs.
