چکیده مقاله:
In this research, a new electrochemical sensor with high sensitivity was developed based on Cu quantum dot (Cu QD) and SH-SiO۲ nanoparticles immobilized on Cu-metal-organic frameworks (Cu-MOFs) for the determination of piroxicam. The nanocomposite was synthesized and characterized with the use of EDX, FESEM, TEM and BET, and was applied to modify the carbon paste electrode. The Cu QD-SH-SiO۲@Cu-MOF nanocomposite for electrode modification has a high conductivity and a distinctive structure, which increases the electron transfer rate and raises the efficiency of the electrochemical sensors. Square wavevoltammetry (SWV) was utilized to study the redox properties of introduced electrode and voltammogramsdisplayed an anodic peakat۰.۶۲Vintheaendance ofpiroxicam .Diffentparameters such as the type of electrolyte and pH as well as scanning rate were studied. The calibration raph was obtained in the range۰.۲۰- . M including three linear parts. In addition, the detection limit was estimated as . M. The proposed sensor was satisfactorily used for the electrochemical determination of piroxicam in biological and pharmaceutical samples. Finally, the obtained results by the suggested sensor were validated with high-performance liquid chromatography and the statistical tests confirmed the excellent agreement of them
