This paper looks at how feeling anxious and demotivated factors can affect how well people in Iran who are learning English as a foreign language can read. Many studies have found that feeling anxious or unmotivated can make it harder to learn a new language. In Iranian context, research has shown that feeling worried and unmotivated are related to a lower ability to use language well. This includes skills like understanding what you read, knowing lots of words, using grammar correctly, talking, writing, and listening. There are different things that can make Iranian EFL learners feel anxious and unmotivated. Some of these things include their culture, how confident they feel in their abilities, and how their teacher behaves. To help reduce the bad effects of anxiety and things that make you lose motivation, teachers can make a friendly and non-critical place for learning. They can also give chances to use language successfully and help students learn good ways to learn and handle problems. this paper is review of literature highlights the importance of addressing anxiety and demotivating factors in language learning among Iranian EFL learners to improve language proficiency and learning outcomes.
