The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between servant leadership and innovative work behavior with the mediating role of social skills of education workers in District ۱ of Tehran. This is an applied research, the method of field data collection, and in terms of the implementation method, it was a descriptive correlational type. The tools of data collection were the standard questionnaires of servant leadership by Qalipour et al. (۲۰۰۸), innovative work behavior by Jansen (۲۰۱۳) and social skills by Inderbitzen and Foster (۱۹۹۲). The validity of these questionnaires was confirmed by experts, reliability was calculated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient (servant leadership equal to ۰.۹۲, work-innovative behavior equal to ۰.۸۷ and social skills equal to ۰.۸۸ percent). For data analysis, descriptive (frequency, percentage, cumulative percentage) and inferential (Kolmogrof-Smirnov and structural equations) were done using Spss۲۶ and Lisrel software. The results showed that there is a relationship between servant leadership and innovative work behavior with the mediating role of social skills of education and training staff in District ۱ of Tehran. Also, the results showed that among the dimensions of environmental attitude, trustworthiness has the most relationship with innovative work behavior with the mediation of employees' social skills.
