چکیده مقاله:

This paper focuses on the ۳D printing of calcium hydroxyapatite (cHAp) as a composite on a polyetherether-ketone (PEEK) framework or related structures. ۳D printing of calcium hydroxyapatite (cHAp) as acomposite on a polyether-ether-ketone (PEEK) framework can provide significant improvements in the fieldof e-commerce and the environment. This new technology can have positive effects on the e-commercemarket in cities, especially in the healthcare industry. It is made of calcium hydroxyapatite and biocompatiblecoated PEEK, a composite mineral material with modified mechanical, thermal and flow properties forbiocompatibility and osseous implants. The interaction of PEEK/cHAp interfaces, which enables biologicalfusion, is newly explored for biomedical applications. This research provides a brief knowledge andunderstanding of nanomaterials used as modifiers to improve the biological behaviors of PEEK/cHApnanocomposites in bone implants and tissue engineering. The main applications of ۳D printed cHApconstructs in bone tissue engineering are presented and discussed. This review highlights the latestdevelopments and testing of calcium hydroxyapatite-based multifunctional systems combining multipleproperties for advanced therapies such as bone regeneration, antibacterial angiogenesis, and cancer treatment.
