چکیده مقاله:
In telecommunications, ۵G is the fifth-generation technology standard for broadbandcellular networks, which cellular phone companies began deploying worldwide in ۲۰۱۹,and is the planned successor to the ۴G networks which provide connectivity to most currentcellphones. Like its predecessors, ۵G networks are cellular networks, in which the servicearea is divided into small geographical areas called cells. All ۵G wireless devices in a cellare connected to the Internet and telephone network by radio waves through a local antennain the cell. The new networks have higher download speeds, peak speed of ۱۰ gigabits persecond (Gbit/s) when there is only user in the network.Undoubtedly, the constructionindustry has many effects on the environment, economy, health and productivity ofresidents; According to the recent developments in the construction industry, now thenecessary technology and knowledge has been provided for designers, builders, operatorsand owners, so that they can have the best economic and environmental efficiency byconstructing green buildings. Green buildings play an essential role in the development ofthe construction industry. The approach extends and adds to the traditional design ofeconomy, practicality, durability, and comfort. Architecture is the true expression ofpeople’s lives within a framework of different aspects, including socio-economic, cultural,traditional, spiritual, and technological. Throughout history, technology has a significantimpact on the development of architectural forms and structures. Nowadays, the progressof advanced technology began to reach an unprecedented level in the age of the internetand its related technologies. Since the appearance of the wireless connectivity, architecture,and urban design began to take another dimension in the design process to adopt the newtechnology and integrated it within its envelope. At the beginning of the ۲۱st century, newapproaches began to take place in the city, such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and, morerecently, the ۴G and ۵G wireless technology. However, the effectiveness of these advancedtechnologies depends on both the wireless signal coverage and the deployment of theirequipment. In this context, these technologies impose a new challenge for architects, urbandesigners, and the construction industry to embrace them within the concept of the smartcity. This study focuses on the analysis of ۵G technology and highlighting its advantagesand disadvantages, which impact the visual appearance and aesthetics of both buildings andthe city.
