Faunistic study of suborder Raphignatoidea and Bdelloidea mites in miandoab of Iran

In order to study of mites fauna of the Raphignatoidea and Bdelloidea in miandoab area (west Azerbaijanprovince). Different samples were taken from the soil and foliage of crops,orchards and weeds during 2010 –2011. After clearing the mites in Nessbit fluid, the slides were made and then identified. In this study 20species from 11 genera belonging to 5 family were identified . which two and one species were new recordfor mite fauna of Iran and west azarbaijan province, respectively. The name of collected species are asfollowing:Raphignatidae: Raphignathus giselae Meyer & Ueckermann, 1989; Raphignathus gracilis Rack, 1962;Raphignathus zhaoi Hu, Jing & Liang, 1995; Raphignathus hecmatanaensis Khanjani & Ueckermann, 2002;Raphignathus collegiatus* Atyeo, Baker & Crossley1961; Caligonellidae: Neognathus terrestris (Summers& Schlinger, 1955); Neognathus eupalopus** Meyer & Ueckermann, 1989 ; Neognathus spectabilis**Summers & Schlinger, 1957; Molothrognathus mehrnejadii Liang & Zhang, 1997; Molothrognathus aziziUeckermann & Khanjani,2002; Cryptognatidae: Favognathus sp.; Camerobiidae: Neophyllobiuspersiaensis Khanjani & Ueckermann, 2002; Stigmaeidae: Storchia robusta Berlese, Oudemans, 1923;Stigmaeus elongatus Berlese, 1886; Stigmaeus shabestariensis Haddad, Lotfollahi & Akbari, 2010;Cheylostigmaeus sp.; Zetzellia mali (Ewing) Summers, 1960; Eustigmaeus segnis (Koch), wood, 1973;Ledermulleriopsis plumosa Willmann, 1951; Ledermulleriopsis zahiri Khanjani & Ueckermann, 2002.
