چکیده مقاله:

Today, due to problems resulting from indiscriminate use of pesticides, tendency to use safe methods ofpest control, especially the use of natural enemies is more. In this regard, several species of predators andparasitoids in pest control programs have been used that it can be pointed the green lacewing. In this study, lethal effects of insecticides, lufenuron and pyridalyl on developmental stages of the green lacewing includeeggs, 1st and 3rd instar larvae and pupae were investigated in the laboratory. Treatment of larvae with residualbioassay method was carried out in glass Petri dishes and eggs and pupae were treated with immersionmethod in the toxic solution. The treatments were maintained in 26 ± 1 C, 60 ± 5 % RH and 16:8 h L:D.Mortality was recorded after 72 hours. The results showed that both insecticides had no effect on eggs andpupae up to 500 ppm. Lufenuron caused significant mortality in 1st instar larval after 72 h and the LC50 valuewas obtained 231 mg ai/l, this insecticide had less effect on the 3rd instar larvae. The observation showed thatpyridalyl was no toxic to 1st and 3rd instar larvae.
