چکیده مقاله:

Chemical toxins can maintain for a long time. They have adverse effects on soil organisms also can enter the food chain by absorbing by plants and have adverse effects on plants and humans. Pesticides are chemical toxins that their. extensive use beside their toxicity, mobility, and stability may lead to their dispersion in the natural environment. Pesticides are made in such a way that they inactivate the activity of some enzymes in the target organism and thus control weeds or field pests. In this process by which not only the target organisms are affected but the soil organisms also affected. This may lead to reduced soil microbial diversity and reduced soil fertility. Continued use of pesticides by affecting soil plants and animals as well as soil physicochemical properties reduces soil quality and ultimately reduces soil fertility. Some researches have shown that soil biological properties are affected by pesticides more and faster than chemical and physical properties. Also, the decrease in soil enzymatic activity occurs due to the coating of organic matter with pesticides and the prevention of enzymes from accessing organic matter (substrate). Followed by, soil microbial activity directly affects ecosystem stability, soil fertility, and sustainable agriculture. In general, according to studies in this, controlling the use of agricultural pesticides to maintain soil quality and fertility is important.
