In order to be able to live well and take good care of our body and mind, we need to remember "thinking" well, we must be able to use our thinking power and build a healthy and happy life for ourselves. Every person in his life faces problems that he does not know, or he faces problems but does not know how to solve them, but if he learns to think well from an early age, he can solve his problems and problems well. As long as he gets older, he will make less mistakes. - Our mind needs care and maintenance just like our body. - Mental health means good mood, good thinking and good behavior. - In order to know how we are, we must know how we feel, by knowing our feelings we can help our mental health. - Humans have different feelings, some of these feelings are pleasant and some of them are unpleasant. - The emotions that we enjoy, such as happiness, success, love, hope, etc., are pleasant emotions. - Emotions that we do not enjoy, such as anger, humiliation, fear, failure, etc., are unpleasant emotions. - To have a healthy mind, we should try to experience more pleasant feelings and deal with unpleasant feelings in the right way. - Humans are different from each other, so things that make one person feel good may not make another feel good. But there are things that make most people feel pleasant or unpleasant. - Friendship, success, solving a problem, games, interesting movies, pleasant music, etc. are things that create a pleasant feeling in most people. - Anger, humiliation, disrespect, failure, etc. are things that make most people feel unpleasant. being valuable - One of the most pleasant feelings is "feeling valuable". - Humans are different, no one person is exactly like another person, the characteristics, feelings, thoughts and abilities and talents of each person are different from others. - Each of us humans can be a useful and valuable member of the society, it is enough to know ourselves better, accept ourselves and use our abilities well, just like the body parts that are different and have special tasks and in At the same time, all of them are useful, valuable and necessary. - Sometimes we may say to ourselves, "I have no value." The feeling of worthlessness is one of the unpleasant feelings that if this feeling is created for a long time, mental health is at risk. - By knowing our characteristics, abilities and talents, we realize our valuable points. - We all have beauties and valuable points and talents that we must discover in order to be satisfied with ourselves and be proud of ourselves, in this way we will have a pleasant feeling. Friendship - People who make friends with others can have good friendships and are mentally healthier and more cheerful. - In order to have good friendships, we must first be good friends ourselves. A good friend is very important for our happiness. When we spend good hours with our friends, we feel very happy and good. Although spending good hours with friends is very enjoyable, we must always be careful that our joys do not cause discomfort to others, or harm other humans and sometimes animals, make fun of others or hurt animals, or even sometimes There are fleeting joys that are followed by unhappiness, which means it does not have a good ending. We may enjoy walking on a rainy and cold day, but then catch a severe cold, so it is not wise to do anything enjoyable and Don't think about its future problems.
