چکیده مقاله:

مقدمه: در امروزه مزایای تغذیه انحصاری نوزاد با شیر مادر بر هیچ کسی پوشیده نیست، اما تصمیم یک مادر برای تغذیه نوزاد خود با شیر مادر به عوامل متعددی بستگی دارد. شناسایی این عوامل باعث می شود سازمان های بهداشتی بتوانند با بهبود آن ها، نرخ تغذیه انحصاری با شیر مادر را در مناطق مختلف به سطح قابل قبولی ارتقا دهند. پژوهش مروری حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل مرتبط با تغذیه انحصاری با شیر مادر انجام شد. روش ها: در این مطالعه، با بررسی ۷۱ مقاله از پایگاه های علمی داخلی و خارجی، به مرور هدفمند عوامل مرتبط با تغذیه انحصاری با شیر مادر پرداخته شد. یافته ها: یافته های تحقیق حاضر، جمع آوری ۳۹ عامل در پنج بعد شامل «عوامل دموگرافیک و فردی، عوامل مرتبط با بارداری و زایمان، عوامل مربوط به وضعیت کودک، عوامل شناختی ادراکی، نوع و چگونگی اتخاذ رفتارهای شیردهی» بود. تا حدودی در تمام پژوهش ها، تاثیر مثبت و معنی دار آگاهی مادران بر روی تغذیه انحصاری تایید شده است. همچنین، تاثیر مثبت سطح تحصیلات خانواده، زایمان طبیعی، حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده و نگرش مادر در بیشتر مطالعات گزارش گردید. نتیجه گیری: نتایج به دست آمده می تواند مورد استفاده تمام محققانی قرار گیرد که قصد دارند عوامل مرتبط با تغذیه انحصاری با شیر مادر را بررسی نمایند.
