چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this research is to investigate the work environment and the role of organizational support in the creative performance of tourism and hospitality organizations, a case study of employees of two, three and four star hotels in Tehran. According to the purpose, the current research is applied and according to the method of data collection, it is considered a correlational descriptive research. The statistical population of the research includes all supervisors and employees of two, three and four star hotels in Tehran. The research participants were ۱۷۲ supervisors and employees (۱۰۱ men and ۷۱ women) who were selected using stratified random sampling. All of them completed organizational support, work environment and creativity scales. The data were analyzed using one-sample t-test, correlation coefficient and path analysis model with SPSS and Lisrel software. The findings showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between employees' creativity and cooperation culture. There is a positive and significant relationship between employees' creativity and procedural justice. There is a positive and meaningful relationship between employee creativity and knowledge sharing. There is a positive and significant relationship between employee creativity and motivation. There is a positive and significant relationship between employee creativity and promotion. Also, the culture of cooperation has a direct and significant effect on the creativity of employees; The culture of cooperation with the mediation of procedural justice does not have an indirect and significant effect on the creativity of employees; The culture of cooperation with the mediation of knowledge sharing has an indirect and significant effect on the creativity of employees; Cooperation culture has an indirect and significant effect on employees' creativity by mediating motivation. Also, the culture of cooperation with promotion mediation has an indirect and significant effect on the creativity of employees. Discussion: The culture of cooperation directly and through knowledge sharing, motivation and promotion can affect the creativity of employees in two, three and four star hotels in Tehran.
