One of the problems raised in the case of cars with TU۵ engine is that the oil filter cap is plastic and disposable, which leads to fire due to cracking and oil leakage. The purpose of this research is to replace a suitable cap with better thermal and mechanical resistance in engine performance conditions. Therefore, the innovative ideas used lead to increase the safety of cars and reducing consumer costs. So, the following items are expressed as innovations of this research:۱-Production of parts with higher strength than plastic samples ۲-Increasing safety in TU۵ cars by preventing fires due to oil leaks from low-quality oil filters ۳-Reducing environmental hazards by replacing metalparts with plastic ones. In this article, the project implementation stages are followed in three main phases: ۱-Design ۲-Construction ۳-Production process. For the optimal design of the geometry of the oil filter valve, the meta-heuristic algorithm Teaching-Learning Based Optimization (TLBO) was modified in a novel method and named (MTLBO). MTLBO used for the first time to provide the optimal dimensions that create the least thermal stress in them. Then, heat transfer analysis was done in ABAQUS software. We concluded from the results that the aluminum cap is more durable than the plastic version with higher fragility due to the unbreakable key and crack resistance. Due to the use of polyamide in the production process of plastic material, which is recycled with a low value, it reduces the production of plastic by producing an aluminum cap.
