چکیده مقاله:
Introduction and objective: Cancer is characterized by abnormal cell growth, and for its treatment, despite the advances achieved in medicine, chemotherapy still has harmful side effects that cause many deaths. Pharmaceutical nanotechnology has been widely studied to optimize cancer treatment. Oral chemotherapy anticancer Nano drugs are an important topic in ۲۱st-century medicine and may drastically change the current chemotherapy regimen and subsequently improve the quality of life of patients to a great extent. The purpose of this study is to investigate the performance of pharmaceutical nanotechnology to improve cancer treatment.Method: This study is a systematic review study that was conducted in ۱۴۰۱. By using the keywords of pharmaceutical nanotechnology, cancer, nanotechnology, cancer treatment, and Nanomedicines in reliable databases including PubMed, Scopus, Cochrane, Web of Science, Embase, and Google scholar search engine without a time limit. To ensure the completeness of the search results, the sources of the articles were checked and after removing the duplicate titles from the endnote software and checking the abstracts, the related articles were checked using JBi tools, after checking the quality of the articles, the Results in the checklist the target was entered. Results: ۱۲۱ articles were reviewed and ۳۲ of those related to the purpose of the study were selected. According to the investigations, the results of some studies showed that the application of nanotechnology in pharmaceutical science has allowed us to build Nano systems based on at least two carrier stages (drug/nanomaterial), which often show better pharmacokinetics and biodistribution. Currently, a large number of drug delivery systems are made of nanoparticles, and various substances are used as drug stimulants or enhancers to improve the treatment effectiveness, durability, stability, and safety of anticancer drugs. Nanomedicines based on nanoparticles, polymer micelles, liposomes, dendrites, and Nanoemulsions were studied along with cancer treatments such as photodynamic therapy, infrared phototherapy, radiotherapy, and gene therapy. Great progress towards nanotechnology used in cancer treatment has been observed, mainly for nanoparticles and liposomes. Conclusion: The results obtained from the review of articles in this field show that the combination of drugs in nanosystems helps to increase efficiency and reduce toxicity, and pharmaceutical nanotechnology, which is the application and further development of nanotechnology to solve drug delivery problems, can provide a better solution, and as a result, the manufacturing method and method change the drug consumption and according to the Results, nanoparticles and liposomes are the most common nanocarriers used for drug encapsulation, which are passively accumulated in the tumor and thus reduce the side effects of the free drug and can be effective in improving cancer treatment.
