Introduction and Objective: One of the things that was affected by the Covid-۱۹ pandemic is the education of medical students. Online teaching of medical sciences courses was associated with issues that needed to be organized. In this situation, students' learning rate decreased, which inflicted them to face psychological issues such as stress and fear. The purpose of this study is to investigate the Peer student support system on promoting student learning. Method : This is a review study, using the keywords ''Peer-mentoring'', ''Student support system'', ''Covid-۱۹'' and searching for related articles from ۲۰۱۹ to ۲۰۲۲ in reputable Pubmed databases, Google scholar, Scopus and ERIC. After the initial search, only the title and abstract were examined in terms of relevance to the objectives of the study and irrelevant articles were deleted. The articles related to the study were also evaluated through the JBI tool. Results: Online education caused students to have uncertainty about whether they could acquire the required clinical skills through online learning systems. The peer student support system created student interaction, learning and satisfaction. In this way, students' participation in learning increases. The system also provides an opportunity to strengthen skills and enhance learning by building interpersonal relationships and consulting with peers. In addition, by allowing students to express their feelings to their peers, the system balances their reactions and ultimately reduces their stress and anxiety. Conclusion: Studies shows that the peer student support system has had a positive effect on promoting student learning. These studies emphasize peer support system as a valuable tool for medical students with the aim of increasing knowledge and providing psychological support.
