چکیده مقاله:

Outsourcing of information technology activities is one of the most commonly undertaken organizations in the field of competition. According to many advantages and benefits of outsourcing information technology, many organizations face serious challenges for the management of inherent risks allocated to outsourcing of information technology. Identifying the most important risks in this area can support organizations to work and use it in this area. The purpose of this research is to identify the most important categories and risks of outsourcing information technology and prioritizing them. This research has been done in three steps. In the first stage by literature review, ۶ categories and ۲۶ risks of IT outsourcing have identified and categorized. In the second stage by using the SWARA technique, the categories of specific risks have ranked. The results of this technique show that the categories of strategic, managerial Communicational and technical risks are highest priority, respectively. The final ranking indicates that intrinsic uncertainty, ineffective bidding mechanisms and lack of information flow in outsourcing strategy support are highest prioritized, and require the highest level of attention among managers. In following, communication and sequencing of these risks were determined by Fuzzy Interpretive Structural Modeling (FISM). The fuzzy logic has been used to deal with human judgment and its ambiguity. This approach is used for leveling and structuring the risks. The results of this approach show that the Financial Risks and Strategic Risks as the first level risks are influenced and dominated by others.
