Hydro-plate tectonics of hydrosphere is a syntactic theory that is introduced for the first time. Based on theCartesian dualism and the monism of Spinoza, the theory was built. In the subject, separating thehydrosphere from Earth to describe it, leading to discover its tectonic hydro-plates that match to the tectonicplates of Lithosphere, which is according to hydrogeological interpretation. The continental and oceanichydro-plates of the hydrosphere were found by the equation of planes in space. The lakes and seas are as thepoints and the rivers are the lines on the spatial hydro-plates. The research focuses on studying thewatersheds of Iran based on the collision of plates of Iran and Saudi Arabia for demonstrating their tectonichydro-plates' movements. By planning the hydrologic map of the selected region, and determining its lakesand rivers, the weak point of the drainage basins of Iran was distinguished which resulted in the zonaldestruction of the hydrosphere and the regional (or global) growth of desertification. It is the dry sea ofAral. The equation of point in space and presenting the ۲ new mathematical formulas of Integral andAbsolute value solved the old problem, filling Aral by Caspian. The theory proves the unit origin of marineenvironments and damages the water bankruptcy theory, if the elements in space are assumed as a point orpoints in that space, whether they are points or not.
