The Suppression of Nitroreductase and nfsA Gene Lead to Inhibited the Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles in Klebsiella pneumonia

The development of biologically inspired experimental processes for the synthesis of nanoparticles is evolving into an important branch of nanotechnology [1].Recently we reported a rapid process for synthesis of silver nanoparticles using culture supernatant of Klebsiella pneumonia. Here in this investigation we partially studied the role of nitroreductase in the synthesis of silver nanoparticles by this test strain.
