Study on carbon nanotubes coated by Ti

IN 1991, after than carbon nanotubes(CNTs) have been discovered by Iijima [1], comprehensive studies were done to the application of precious mechanical and electrical properties of these materials. The coated CNT apply in nano-composite, nano-electronics, and etc.[2, 3, 4]. Regarding the inert property of carbon nanotubes, it is necessary to adding functional groups on CNT surface in order to taking part in reactions.
