چکیده مقاله:
Background and purpose: Physical inactivity can be a risk of ischemic myocardial infarction and sudden cardiac death. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of specific aerobic exercise on ECG parameters in healthy young inactive girls. Methods: Thirty young inactive girls were selected as subjects and divided into two groups (experimental: N=۱۵, age = ۱۹.۸۶۷± ۱.۳۵۶(year), height= ۱۵۹.۳±۵.۱۵۱ (cm), weight= ۵۷.۳۶۷±۱۰.۵۶۱ (kg) and control: N=۱۴, age= ۱۹.۹۲۹±۱.۶۸۶ (year), height= ۱۵۹.۲۱۵±۵.۹۶۷ (cm), weight= ۵۳.۵۷۲±۷.۹۷۹ (kg)) randomly. Subjects of experimental groups followed the aerobic exercise protocol for ۱۲ week and ۳session in a week as ۷۰ to ۷۵ percentage of heart rate reserve. Before and after the exercise period the ECG test was recorded (ΙΙ long lead). Data analyzed by Paired t-test and independent t-test method at P value ۰.۰۵.Results: The result showed that the ۱۲-week aerobic activity had increase significant in P wave, P-R segment, P-R interval, QRS complex, ST segment, ST interval, T wave, QT interval and R-R interval durations. The result also showed that the measured electrocardiogram parameters between two groups significantly changed. Conclusion: According to these results, ۱۲-week aerobic activity decreased heart rate and increased the efficiency of the cardiovascular system in healthy young inactive girls.
