چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: Ischemic heart diseases are one of the most common causes of heart failure andthe most important cause of death in the whole world, which affects the quality of life ofsufferers and is usually attributed to coronary artery disease. Heart failure is a complex clinicalsyndrome and represents the final course of many heart diseases. Lifestyle, environmentalfactors, and genetic factors are considered risk factors for the development of cardiovasculardiseases. This study aims to investigate myocardial ischemia caused by coronary artery diseasein patients with heart failureSearch Method: This study is a systematic review study that was conducted in ۱۴۰۱. Usingkeywords of myocardial ischemia, coronary artery disease, heart failure, and heart patients inreliable databases including PubMed, Scopus, Cochrane, Web of Science, Embase, and Googlescholar search engine without time limit. To ensure the completeness of the search results, thesources of the articles were checked and after removing the duplicate titles from the endnotesoftware and checking the titles and abstracts, the related articles were checked using JBi tools, after checking the quality of the articles, the findings in the checklist the target was entered. Results: A total of ۴۲ articles were reviewed and finally ۱۶ articles that were related to thepurpose of the study were selected. Studies have shown that myocardial ischemia is a commonfinding in heart failure and a self-propagating process that irreversibly impairs cardiac functionand negatively affects prognosis, possibly due to structural or functional changes in circulation.Coronary blood. Myocardial ischemia-related symptoms are, in most cases, due to high-gradeepi-cardial coronary artery stenosis, the prevalence of risk factorssuch as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, smoking, hyperlipidemia, obesity, homocystinuria andpsychosocial stress among healthy individuals, sheds light on the possible occurrence ofcoronary artery disease in the near future, and coronary artery disease is known as a primaryrisk factor for heart failure .Conclusions: The obtained results show that the appearance of coronary artery disease is themain risk factor for the development of heart failure and is one of the causes of cardiacischemia, so a complete understanding of the pathophysiology of myocardial ischemia inheart failure will probably lead to a significant improvement in these patients and managementof all reversible components of a patient"s cardiovascular risk status minimizes the clinicalconsequences of myocardial ischemia and coronary artery disease in a vulnerable population.
