چکیده مقاله:
Scramjet or supersonic combustion ram jet means jet engine with supersonic combustion. In ramjet engines, to complete the combustion process, the incoming air must reach subsonic speeds. In scramjet engines that use liquid hydrogen fuel due to the high operating temperature. Combustion takes place at high speed of sound and the only difference between these engines and ram jet engines is in this issue. Combustion at supersonic speed has made it possible for these engines to operate at hypersonic speeds or speeds above Mach ۵ Scramjet engines are the bright future of ramjet engines. Some methods of increasing the performance of the engine in these flying structures, including the use of solid fueled for combustion and investigating the effect of the number of flame stabilizer holes on the combustion efficiency, have been investigated in this study. In total, the percentage of achieving methods for maximum use of the potential and actual capabilities of these types of engines. Because by establishing ultrasonic flow instead of subsonic flow, a small amount of total enthalpy is lost, therefore scramjet efficiency is higher than ramjet.
