چکیده مقاله:

Back ground: Labor and delivery process is an exciting, anxiety-provoking, butrewarding time for a woman and her family after successful delivery of a newborn. Healthproviders’ respect to pregnant women’s Bill of Rights like conservation of privacy, confidentialityof the information related to the mother and the right to participate in decision-making. Person-leddecision making and Empathic attitudes is especially important during pregnancy and birth. Thisarticle is about ethical midwifery care in childbearing. Method and Materials: This study isreviewed by Dozens of articles in this field from ۲۰۰۰ to ۲۰۲۳ with search in reliability web siteas PubMed, Web of science, Science direct, Google Scholar, Ovid/MEDLINE, EMBASE, up todate and Scopus. we access ۱۰ articles and get this information. Result: Having a positiveinterpersonal relationship between women and midwives in the form of greetings and speakinggently can help women relax and feel comfortable. review of ۱۳۷ articles concluded thatinvolvement in decision making, the quality of the provider-patient relationship, and the amountof support received from care that influence women's satisfaction. also The empathy training givento midwives increases the satisfaction. In particular, women who experienced ongoing midwiferycare and trust in midwives had greater confidence and satisfaction. Conclusion: Continuous carecan have many benefits for women, a deep understanding of a woman's individual needs andpriorities can provide a means to support quality care and satisfaction and besides this Person-leddecision and empathy training improved both the empathy skills in midwives and mothers, andimproved maternal satisfaction with birth among mothers.
