Case presentation•The patient is a ۵۴ years old lady presented with left midaxillarymass that existed from many years ago and became ulcerated from ۶ months ago•No personal or family history of breast cancer•Otherwise normal breast and axillary examination•No suspicious finding in mammography, ultrasonography and breast MRIShe underwent excisional biopsyHistopathology reported spiradenocarcinoma•Spiradenocarcinomas are rare malignant skin adnexal tumors•First described by Dabskain ۱۹۷۲•Typically, spiradenocarcinomasoriginate from previous spiradenomasthat remained unaltered for many years
