Sense of place is a factor that has a great impact on the formation of human identity, man can achieve his knowledge by knowing the place. A sense of place will underlie many individual and social spirits and characteristics such as reducing anxiety, happiness, security and achieving self-esteem and collective and interactive spirit, etc. in people in society. Sense of place means people's mental perception of the environment and their more or less conscious feelings about their environment, which puts a person in an internal relationship with the environment. This sense is the factor that turns a space into a place with special sensory and behavioral characteristics for special people. Since the efficiency and application of most urban environments, as a result of non-compliance with the needs of users and also environments appropriate to the behavioral domains, is at a low quality level, so the need to pay attention to basic planning based on user and user behavior. Urban environment spaces are essential. Therefore, with the aim of identifying this sense in creating quality urban environments, different dimensions of the sense of place and its factors have been introduced. For this purpose, this research uses descriptive-analytical method and the use of library and documentary sources to study the literature and seeks to identify factors and factors influencing the sense of place in the design of urban environments and finally its solutions and models.
