چکیده مقاله:

Nowadays, treating chronic wounds using different methods is of interest to many researchers, and usingbiocomposites with healing properties can be one of these methods. The purpose of this research is to use chitosan (CS)and silk fibroin (SF) along with loads of drugs such as vancomycin (VAN), hydrocortisone (HD), and deferoxamine(DFO) as a new biopolymer composite to heal chronic wounds. In this research found that the presence of CS providedgood antibacterial properties. Also, adding SF increased the tensile strength of the biofilm from about ۵۰ to about ۷۰MPa. In addition, it was found that adding drugs with specific healing properties improves the wound healing processby providing more optimal conditions for cell growth and proliferation. Eventually, the mentioned wound dressing withexcellent healing properties and improved mechanical properties can provide a potential therapeutic approach forchronic wounds.
