One-pot three-component synthesis of alkyl-۴- (alkyl/arylcarbamoyl)-۱-(۴- nitrophenyl)-۲,۵- dioxo-۲,۵-dihydro- ۱H-pyrrole-۳-carboxylate derivatives through the reaction of dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates with isocyanide derivatives in the presence of ۴-nitrophenyl isocyanate

Isocyanide derivatives undergoes a smooth reaction with dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates in the presence of ۴-nitrophenyl isocyanate to proceeded at room temperature and under mild conditions to afford synthesis of alkyl-۴- (alkyl/arylcarbamoyl)-۱-(۴-nitrophenyl)-۲,۵-dioxo-۲,۵-dihydro-۱H-pyrrole-۳-carboxylate derivatives in excellent yields. All products were established by IR, ۱HNMR, ۱۳CNMR, Mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis.
