چکیده مقاله:
Objective: Cell therapy for nerve cells can be an important factorin treating diseases associated with nerve damage. In themeantime, it is very important to s tudy different conditionsand the function of cell therapy in the microenvironment of thecells. In this s tudy, we focused on the role of zinc finger transcriptionfactor in neural tissue cell therapy and its molecularmechanisms.Materials and Methods: A bioinformatics approach was usedto look at the molecular mechanisms and discover importantelements between intact neural cells and zinc finger transcriptionfactor. In this s tudy, we looked at genes, protein products, and molecular mechanisms in neural cells and zinc finger treatmentsutilizing integrated and continuous bioinformatics analyticsvia multiple tools and databases. Results: Wnt, axon guidance, focal adhesion, HTLV infection, and immune sys tem signaling pathways were all involved inthe findings acquired. When all the information was analyzed,SPARCL۱, ANO۱, LTBP۱, CA۱۲, and COL۴A۶ proteins wereidentified. Conclusion: Finally, in this inves tigation, neural cell therapyand zinc finger transcription factor treatments with candidate genes had a more robus t and better association for microenvironmentchanges phenomenon
