Adjuant Therapy in Recurent Impantation Failure

Reproduction and Embryology defines recurrent implantationfailure (RIF) as more than ۳ failed embryo transfers (ETs) withhigh quality embryos, or failed transfer of ۱۰ embryos in multipletransfers. RIF affects around about ۱۰% of patients undergoingART. In women undergoing IVF treatment, suffering from RIFsuccess rate remains around about ۱۰%. The pathogenesis of RIFis poorly unders tood as three different factors are involved:Female and male partner as well as the embryo. Several approacheshave been proposed to be effective; however, accumulativedata have demones tarted that mos t of the treatment optionsdo not have the evidence base. The current review aims to summarizethe recent finding in managing RIF via interference withendometrial receptivity through co-treatments Including data onGH, PRP, GCSF, intralipid, Active Immunization with PartnerLymphocytes, letrozol, intrauterine HCG, corticoes troid therapy,endometrial scratching and IVIG.
