چکیده مقاله:
Tissue engineering is a way to replace biological tissue by using engineering techniques, material science, and biochemical and physiochemical expertise. Materials containing calcium phosphate and hydroxyapatite are the best types of materials to implant in bone because of their biocompatibility and chemical similarity to bone tissue. They can encourage bone ingrowth and bone repair and do not cause inflation or inflammatory responses. Using the hydrothermal technique for Wharton's Jelly derived human mesenchymal stem cells (WJMSC) growing substrate, we evaluated the influence of various temperature reactions (T = ۱۰۰, ۱۳۰, ۱۶۰ ℃) and pH (pH = ۴, ۷, ۱۰) on hydroxyapatite morphology in this research. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) are used to evaluate the chemical composition, shape, and size of the produced hydroxyapatite powder. According to this research, the variables of pH and temperature have the biggest an effect on the properties of nanoparticles. The SEM analysis also shows that the Wharton's jelly mesenchymal stem cells (WJMSC) can grow on HAp, which confirms the bioactivity assessment.
