چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of knowledge management dimensions on organizational development in Baran life insurance company, which members of the statistical society of all employees of the central headquarters of the company in Tehran province were ۱۷۵ and ۱۱۸ people were selected as the sample according to Morgan table. To collect data, library research and questionnaire have been used. To confirm the reliability, Cronbach's alpha test was used. Cronbach’s alpha was higher than the standard level and the questionnaires were confirmed in terms of reliability. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson, regression and one group t-test) were used. For this purpose, SPSS software was used. The results of this study indicates that all aspects of knowledge management (Culture, Facilities and documentation) have significant impact on organizational development. In order to improve the development concept in Baran life insurance company, it is better to increase the openness and transparency of the system to components of trust in each other, feedback from inside and outside, employee participation with each other, creating and empowering employees and improving organizational structure.
