Connecting electric cars in parking lots to smart microgrids brings with it many operational challenges.If there is no proper and accurate planning of charging and recharging of electric vehicles in the networkmicrogrid, it is possible to cause serious damage to the microgrid and, as a result, to the equipment ofthe subscribers. A sudden increase in microgrid load, especially during peak hours due to the chargingof a large number of these electric cars, can cause huge costs for the distribution network operator, inaddition to reducing the quality of microgrid power and increasing losses. On the other hand, in amicrogrid, the cost of buying electric energy from the upstream network and the cost of charging anddischarging cars should be taken into account. Optimum planning of car charging and discharging cansignificantly reduce network operating costs and provide the basis for widespread entry of these cars inthe distribution network. Therefore, the load response program should be used to manage the energy ofelectric car parking lots in the microgrid. In this article, the energy management of parking lots andcargo is carried out by considering the load response program by the hybrid big-bang-big-crunch (HBBBC)optimization algorithm. The simulations were repeated in two conditions, considering the presenceof the responsive load and ignoring them. The results indicate that responsive loads can have asignificant impact on reducing operating costs. So that if they are considered and the load responseprogram, the cost of the microgrid has been reduced by ۳۰%.
