بررسی عوامل موثر بر استفاده از ظرفیت تولیدی در صنایع کارخانه ای ایران Determinants of Capacity Utilization in Iranian Manufacturing Industries

هدف این تحقیق بررسی عوامل موثر بر استفاده از ظرفیت تولیدی در صنایع کارخانه ای ایران است. با استفاده از اطلاعات آماری صنایع کارخانه ای ایران با کدهای بین المللی ISIC دو رقمی طی سال های ۱۳۸۱-۹۶ و از طریق تابع ترانسلوگ هزینه، نقطه مینیمم هزینه به عنوان سطحی از هزینه متناظر با تولید بهینه یا ظرفیت اسمی بنگاه های مختلف صنایع کارخانه ای ایران تخمین زده شد و نسبت متوسط تولید واقعی به تولید با ظرفیت اسمی به عنوان درصد استفاده از ظرفیت تولید برای صنایع مختلف محاسبه گردید. نتیجه مطالعه نشان میدهد که به استثناء صنایع پتروشیمی، سایر صنایع با کمی استفاده از ظرفیت تولید مواجه می باشند. بطور متوسط صنایع کشور کمتر از ۵۰ درصد از ظرفیت خود را مورد استفاده قرار می دهند. این نسبت در برخی صنایع مانند  فلزات اساسی (۷/۲۸  درصد)، کاغذ (۶/۲۹ درصد) و چوب و محصولات چوبی (۱/۲۴  درصد کمتر است و در سایر صنایع به غیر از صنایع تولید کننده محصولات کانی غیر فلزی (۲/۸۴ درصد) بین ۴۱ تا ۵۱ درصد است که در مجموع بسیار ناچیز است.Determinants of Capacity Utilization in Iranian Manufacturing Industries Mehran Hafezi Birgani Mohammad Gholi Yousefi Alireza Daghighi Asli Teymour Mohammadi The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the use of production capacity in Iran's manufacturing industries. Using the statistical information of Iran's manufacturing industries with international two-digit ISIC codes during the years ۱۳۸۱-۹۶ and through the cost-transfer function, the minimum cost point as a level of cost corresponding to the optimal production or nominal capacity of different manufacturing companies Iran was estimated and the average ratio of real production to production with nominal capacity was calculated as a percentage of production capacity utilization for different industries. The results of the study show that with the exception of the petrochemical industry, other industries face little use of production capacity. On average, the country's industries use less than ۵۰% of their capacity. This ratio is lower in some industries such as base metals (۲۸.۷%), paper (۲۹.۶%) and wood and wood products (۲۴.۱%) and in other industries except non-metallic mineral products (۲ / ۸۴%) is between ۴۱% and ۵۱%, which is very small in total.
