چکیده مقاله:
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are a type of carbon allotropy. CNTs in the form of cylindrical molecules and rolled grapheneplates with sp۲ hydration are one atom thick and hollow cylindrical in shape that have amazing properties suitable foruse in many applications of nanotechnology, electronics, optics and other fields of science. . They have extraordinarystrength, unique electrical properties, and are efficient conductors for heating. Nanotubes can be single-walled, doublewalledor multi-walled and are made of a variety of techniques such as arc-discharge, laser ablation, CVD chemicalvapor deposition, phase-vapor growth and flame synthesis. In this paper, an attempt has been made to provide an overviewof the structure, features and various properties of carbon nanotubes, their synthesis as well as their importantapplications
