چکیده مقاله:
Backgrounds: Researchers are looking for immunotherapy methods that target genes associatedwith and treat the most common complications of colorectal cancer. Patients with colorectalcancer are not sensitive to immunosuppressive inhibitors due to microsatellite stability. Westudied the recombination of homologous chromosomes for immunotherapy in colon cancer.Materials and Methods: This study was conducted in ۲۰۲۱ by searching for keywords such asimmunotherapy, colon cancer in reputable databases such as PubMed, google scholar. Finally, ۸articles were found and ۳ articles were used. Results: ۱۷% of patients showed changes in HRR genes and then ATM ۹%, RAD۵۰ ۳%, ATR۳%, BRCA۲ ۴%, BRIP۱ ۳% showed the most mutations. Due to these mutations, HRR genesincrease immune activity. This process also has a significant effect on the recombination ofhomologous chromosomes for immunotherapy in cancer. Although DNA double-strand breaks(DSBs) are substrates for homologous recombination (HR) repair, it is becoming apparent thatDNA lesions produced at replication forks, for instance by many anticancer drugs, are moresignificant substrates for HR repair. Conclusion: HRR gene mutations significantly increase immune activity in patients withintestinal cancer. According to the findings, it is better to set up a program that is not a risk factorfor us.
