چکیده مقاله:

Backgrounds: Breast cancer is one of the three most common cancers worldwide. MicroRNA(miRNA) has been connected to kinds of cancer types like breast cancer. In this analyticalarticle, we constructed an initial attempt to address the differential expression of the mRNAmiRNAinteraction map between tumor and margin tissues samples.Materials and Methods: The gene expression profiles for miRNA and mRNA were collectedfrom Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO). Datasets related to genes (GSE۶۱۷۲۴, GSE۸۶۳۷۴, andGSE۳۷۷۵۱) and miRNAs (GSE۴۰۵۲۵, GSE۴۲۰۷۲, GSE۴۵۶۶۶, GSE۱۴۳۵۶۴) were separatelydownloaded and analyzed by “R” software with the usage of “LIMMA”. By using Cytoscape, the miRNA- mRNA interaction and regulatory network were built. Enrichr and KyotoEncyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway analysis was applied to estimate thepossible molecular mechanisms of DEGs. Dysregulated miRNAs were predicted bymiRTarBase. Results: Based on our result, ۲۷۰ miRNAs and ۳۲۵ mRNAs were differentially expressed. Theenrichment results from analyzing DEmRNAs were shown to be associated with Methylationpathways. Conclusion: Results show the prominent roles of miRNA- mRNA regulatory networks in breastcancer and revealed new prognostic and diagnostic approaches for better and more efficienttreatment.
