چکیده مقاله:
Backgrounds: GDFs proteins are important during embryonic development, particularly in theskeletal, nervous, and muscular systems. GDF۱۱ as one of them has been shown to suppressneurogenesis through a pathway similar to myostatin by stopping the progenitor cell cycle duringG-phase and regulatory mechanisms for muscular and neural development. Utilizing differentdrugs and herbal supplements can be effective for the embryo's growth and reproductive system. So, this study aimed to understand how Curcumin, γ-Terpinene, and Safranal as activeingredients interact with GDF۱۱.Materials and Methods: In the present study, the structures of the ligands and target moleculeare prepared and get ready-made with relevant docking software as one of the methods toinvestigate protein binding, it was performed using AutoDock Vina software to find out theaffinity between molecules and also evaluate binding energies in the complex. Results: The data obtained from software, respectively, reported active ingredients expected tobind protein. As result, curcumin receives the most affinity score with -۷.۳(kcal/mol), then γ-Terpinene and Safranal with the same first number -۴.۷(kcal/mol) gain weak binding energies tobind GDF ۱۱ protein as active ingredients. Conclusion: This study offers insight that bioinformatics evaluations can predict the positivecorrelation of various active ingredients of medicinal plants (especially antioxidants) such ascurcumin with the growth differentiation factor ۱۱ which has been proven to be significantlyvital for inhibiting muscle regeneration and decreased satellite cell expansion in an embryonicphase.
