چکیده مقاله:

Nanotechnology is developing rapidly. Nanoparticles can be synthesized by various physical and chemical methods and with the help of various types of microorganisms such as fungi, bacteria and algae. The synthesis of nanoparticles with the help of green chemistry using microorganisms has more benefits than other methods; Because it is a simple, low-cost and does not harm the environment. Silver nanoparticles have many biological functions among metal nanoparticles. The high importance of silver nanoparticles and their optimal production by fungi has led to the present study with the aim of reviewing the biological effects of silver nanoparticles synthesized by fungi. Documentary research method has been used in this study. The results show that silver nanoparticles have anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-cancer and anti-viral effects and help in wound healing. These nanoparticles are also effective in controlling pathogenic and agricultural insects. Synthesized silver nanoparticles show antibacterial effects with the help of culture medium of Aspergillus niger, Ganoderma lucidum, Ganoderma applanatum, Pleurotus florida, Fomes fomentarius, Helvella lacunose, Agaricus bisporus, Tricholoma matsutake, Pleurotus ostreatus, Calocybe indica, Pleurotus citrinopileatus, Pleurotus platypus and Pleurotus djamor. According to the obtained results, Aspergillus terreus, Pleurotus sajor caju and P. florid are able to produce silver nanoparticles that are highly effective against Candida pathogenic fungi species. Anticancer effects of silver nanoparticles synthesized by P. florida, Pleurotus sanguineus, P. ostreatus, P. djamor and F. fomentarius fungi can be seen in the laboratory. Silver nanoparticles synthesized by Chrysosporium Fusarium and Verticillium Aspergillus have anti-insect properties and act as a potential larvicide.
