چکیده

Breast cancer is the most common type ofcancer in women. Bone metastasis is a commonphenomenon in breast cancer patients. Finding asuitable solution to replace conventional bonemetastasis treatments, including systemicchemotherapy, is important. There are severalapproaches to topical treatment of bonemetastases, including the use of scaffoldscontaining cancer drugs.• The aim of this study was to evaluate thestrategies used in the design of tissue-carryingengineering scaffolds to prevent bone metastasisin patients with breast cancer.Based on the purpose of the study, articles andclinical studies conducted from ۲۰۱۰ to ۲۰۲۱were used. For this purpose, the articles ofPubMed, Medline, and Scopus and ScienceDirect websites with the desired keywords wereexamined.
