چکیده مقاله:
Potassium flow is a pH sensitive channel that is activated by intracellularalkalinity. Slo۳ channel is very important for male fertility. Human spermalso has a potassium channel, KSper. The SLO۳ potassium channel is aclose pattern of the high-conductance calcium channel, SLO۱. The tail ofmammalian sperm cells has been shown by a single moving pathwayknown as the flagellum. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of k + sperm channels onsperm motility in humans. This study was conducted in ۲۰۲۱ by searchingfor the keywords k + channel, sperm and human movement in validdatabases such as: pub med and Google scholar. Finally, ۱۵ articles werefound, of which ۱۰ articles were used. Based on the studies obtained fromthe articles, the results show that significant advances have been made inthe identification of macromolecular membrane complexes and theircoordinated function. A combination of traditional methods, new imagingtechniques, and electrophysiological recording of ion channels from spermcells provide in-depth insights into the function of these cells. Thisdetermines the relative locations of key flagellar ion transport systems andaccurately describes their function under physiological conditions. SLO۳ kchannels are found only in mammals. According to the findings, it is betterto set up a program to reduce risk that the risk factor is not dangerous for usand it is recommended that we continue to do a good study of this study.
