Welding wire collector۱ to reduce risks and falling from the height

With the dramatic progress in industry and increasing need for manufacturing and production,one of the problems of the industrial operator in the assembly and manufacturing fields whichrequire cutting and welding is using numerous equipment and tools. In the meantime, usingconventional wire collectors in the market which have similar mechanism are not availableanywhere. Thus, it is necessary to innovate in this equipment to solve a number of problems inworkplaces. One of the problems we often face it, is when we need to connect many devices tothe equipment and to move the tools continuously. If welding is in height, tanks, canals orimpassable areas, you have to move the interface wire to high metric area with the weldingmachine, and if the light is not enough, a light source will be required for cutting and welding.In the designed and manufactured product, it has been tried to change the type of pulley andwire collector and finally it was used central platinum core (slip ring) instead of theconventional methods to operate sockets separately when opening and closing the cables. Itmakes easy to open and close the wire as well as it is equipped with lighting source and tool boxand final a multipurpose product is produced.The results showed that using this device increases the reliability and decreases the risks inheight and impassable areas. In this product, the optimal conditions were examined forconvenience of the work.
