چکیده مقاله:

The most important pillar of development in individual, organizational and social dimensions is education; Which brings with it the construction, improvement and transcendence of man. Training is an experience based on learning in order to make relatively lasting changes in a person, to enable him to do work and improve abilities, change skills, knowledge, attitudes and social behavior. Reverse classroom is one of the new educational approaches for effective and sustainable learning. Reverse classroom is an educational approach and a form of blended learning in which learners learn educational content at home through online (or offline) instructional videos, and in the classroom the teacher solves problems and answers students' questions. And talks to them. In this educational approach, direct education is transferred from the group learning space to the individual learning space. The classroom then becomes a dynamic and interactive learning environment, guiding the teacher to use concepts and engage creatively with the subject. Knowing and applying this teaching method in schools can have positive effects on students' learning.
