Foresighting Sports Law in Iran using Scenario Writing Method

Uncertainty about the future forces managers to look for new tools and methods on the one hand to determine future situations and on the other hand to create that future. A manager in choosing a changing and unpredictable environment can choose one of these three paths: Choosing a passive attitude, using the ways of the past and shaping the future in a systematic way.Due to the special importance and complexity that has arisen over time in the issues of sports law, a branch has been dedicated to sports law to leverage it economically, politically, culturally and socially to be an extremely effective and influential force in Transform the world, which is mentioned not only for its entertainment, but also as one of the necessities of social life. In this research, scenario wizard software has been used to design possible and desirable scenarios. For this purpose, ۱۵ key factors identified in MicMac Software were entered into the Scenario Wizard software and different scenarios were designed. The first scenario consists of the components of legal gaps in sports, the development of a culture of sports law and special foreign sports courts (CAS, etc.), which ranks third in terms of impact with a total impact of ۶۰. The second scenario consists of the components of new sports violations, the development of a culture of sports law, special courts for domestic sports and the standardization of laws, which ranks first with a total of ۱۲۰ points. Also, the third scenario, which includes the components of new sports violations, the development of a culture of sports law, special courts for domestic sports and international sports law, ranks second with ۱۱۰ points. This prioritization was also emphasized in the meeting of the Strategic Council with the presence of experts.
