چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this study was to design and develop strategies for the development of public sports in Qom province. The statistical population of this study University physical education professors, educated coaches, educated athletes, graduates and postgraduate students Physical education, for a total of ۴۵ people, and due to statistical limitations, the sample as a total number of selections The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability were provided by several experts Confirmed using Cronbach s alpha method (۹۰% alpha).The questionnaire includes ۳۸ questions in the field of examining strengths and Weaknesses, opportunities and threats were public sports in Qom province. To analyze data from descriptive and inferential statistics including: The means comparison test and Friedman test were used and the perspective of public sports in Qom province was prepared in ۵ categories. These are: general, quantitative, qualitative, long-term goals and mission, according to the research results, public sports in Qom province in the internal dimension It has ۸ weaknesses and ۱۰ strengths. And in the external dimension, it has ۱۲ threats and ۸ opportunities. That The position of public sports in Qom province in the SWOT model in the WT region, which forced the organization to take a defensive position In the end, according to the position of this province in the SWOT model, to formulate an appropriate strategy And applicable. The strategic position of public sports in Qom province in the SWOT evaluation matrix and its comparison with David s model We conclude that Qom province has a good position and opportunity to own Put public sports in better positions.
