چکیده مقاله:

Type ۲ diabetes is a rapidly increasing metabolic disorder. High blood sugar causes the production of free radicals that are associated with increased oxidative stress and cause apoptosis. One of the tissues affected by apoptosis is cardiac tissue. Today, it has been shown that exercise, both aerobic and resistance, has protective effects on the complications of type ۲ diabetes and helps control type ۲ diabetes. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of four weeks of aerobic and resistance training on BCL-۲, BAX, caspase ۳ and BCL-۲ to BAX ratio in heart tissue of diabetic rats.In this experimental study, ۲۵ male rats weight range of ۲۰۰ to ۲۵۰ gr were randomly divided into five groups: aerobic training (n = ۶), resistance training (n = ۶), sham (n = ۶), Control (n = ۴) and healthy (n = ۳) were divided. Aerobic rats trained on a treadmill for four weeks and five sessions per week, and resistance rats trained on a ladder for four weeks and six sessions per week. Blood samples were taken from rats before training and ۴۸ hours after the last training session. Western blotting was used to measure the amount of proteins in the apoptotic pathway. For data analysis and normal distribution of data, Shapirovilk test and for data analysis, one-way analysis of variance and Scheffe post hoc test with SPSS software version ۲۶ (P≤۰.۰۵).The difference between BAX protein (P = ۰.۰۱۴) and caspase ۳ (P = ۰.۰۰۱) aerobic and resistance groups was significant and the amount of this protein in the resistance group was less than aerobic . The difference between BCL-۲ to BAX ratio of aerobic and resistance groups was significant and this ratio was higher in the resistance group than the aerobic group (P = ۰.۰۵).It seems that four weeks of resistance and aerobic training can be an effective protector for the heart of diabetic patients and as an approach to strengthen the anti-Oxidant system. in comparison, more resistance training has a greater effect on reducing apoptotic factors and with increasing intensity.
