The relationship between the dimensions of self-determination job motivation and job motivation in teachers due to the importance of job motivation and its prominent role in individual and organizational productivity Organizational is felt more than everThe purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of self-determination job motivation and job motivation of physical education teachers in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provinces. This research is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of collecting field information and in terms of the nature of correlation.The statistical population of this study includes all physical education teachers in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provinces, which is ۴۹۰ people. The statistical sample size was estimated to be ۲۱۵ using Cochran s formula, which is a non-random sampling method. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Herzberg (۱۹۹۷) ۴۰-item questionnaire was used to assess self-determination job motivation and ۱۷-item questionnaire was used to determine job motivation. Data analysis was performed using SPSS ۲۲ software. In the descriptive part, mean, standard deviation, frequency and frequency percentage and in the inferential part, Pearson correlation test and linear regression were used.Results and The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-determining job motivation and teachers job motivation. These results also showed that among the dimensions of job motivation, self-determination, career advancement and development, nature of work, job responsibility, job position, salary, relationship with peers and job security have a positive and significant relationship with job motivation. The results further showed that environmental policy, workplace conditions and supervision are not significantly related to job motivation. Finally, the results of linear regression showed that job responsibility has the largest share in predicting job motivation..
