چکیده مقاله:

Organizations nowadays require innovation if they want to advance, stay ahead of rivals, or even hold onto their existing position. Organizations must employ innovation management (IM) at all organizational levels if they want to compete with the changes that are already taking place. Companies that have not changed to the new circumstances are obliged to either reform or leave the arena of competition. Total Quality Management (TQM) is a type of continuous improvement strategy that involves as many organizational departments as possible to improve the organization's quality of goods and services. Numerous researchers have established a link between TQM and IM; however, philosophers and opinion leaders continue to debate how TQM affects IM. In maintenance management (MM), innovations can significantly boost productivity and optimize production capacity. Utilizing an innovative approach in MM results in the resolution of other industrial management issues. This article has discussed the importance of examining how IM affects the two subjects of quality and maintenance
