چکیده مقاله:
autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a subset of neurodevelopmental disorders characterized by the inability to learn social skills, repetitive behaviours, and a failure to develop speech. ASD has a significant impact on the development of children and their families. miR-۱۲۴ is the most abundantly expressed miRNA in the central nervous system. In this study, we used bioinformatics tools to find miR-۱۲۴ gene targets. For this aim, miR-۱۲۴ knockout RNA-seq data were analyzed by the galaxy platform. Enrichment analysis reveals that miR-۱۲۴ could target MAPK and PI۳K-Akt and play role in the pathogenicity of ASD.
